Bob founded RSS Global strategic consulting to bring together his expertise in brand development and retail strategy. With years of experience in the industry, he developed the RSS methodology, a proven approach that helps clients successfully bring products to market.
Some of our earliest clients are still with us today and have built multi-million-dollar programs using our methods.
As our work with clients progressed, our services naturally expanded. What began as strategy development evolved into full implementation, including a dedicated sales and operations division that helps execute each plan and drive growth for our clients.
Every new success brings new needs, and our team is ready to support them. Whether it’s after-sales customer service, product liability insurance, or launching a new product, we work alongside our clients at every step.
Our methodology has delivered consistent results, even through economic ups and downs in the North American retail market. Today, RSS Global operates primarily out of our headquarters in New Boston, Michigan, continuing to grow as our clients succeed.

Bob Tellier – Managing Director
Bob has over 30 years of home improvement industry experience with a unique perspective as an executive in manufacturing, wholesale distribution, and retailing. He is well-versed in the demands of international trade and has started RSS Global to fill a distinct need in the marketplace. Bob has developed an experienced team with the ability to execute the RSS Global approach to streamline and execute the complex process of bringing great products to market.
Errol Town – Vice President of Business Development
Errol has over 25 years of experience working with retailers across North America. He has developed programs and led sales teams calling on all channels of retail across multiple product categories. Errol coordinates the strategic direction and management of the sales process for RSS Global clients from product development through customer service and support. He leads an experienced national sales team with expertise across many product categories and retail channels.
Danielle Konin – Director of Operations & Administration
Danielle has a wealth of experience in navigating the complexities of the retail selling environment. Danielle serves as the nexus between the client, customer, and RSS Global to ensure the execution of all ongoing projects. Coordinating and managing many operational and administrative processes such as: legal, compliance, state & federal regulations, logistics, financial reporting, and more.
Rio Eden – Product Marketing Manager
Rio is a strategic and creative marketing pro with hands-on experience in retail, e-commerce, and digital brand building. She’s led teams, launched high-impact campaigns, and driven real results through smart, data-backed strategies. Known for her problem-solving mindset, she helps brands simplify their marketing and scale what works.
Vicky Jiang – Global Supply Chain Coordinator
Vicky coordinates all aspects of the global supply chain network and coordinates with all entities involved. Her years of experience in global sourcing and quality assurance management provide a keen attention to detail required to manage the complexities of today’s global supply chain.
Samantha Lipowski – Operations Coordinator
Sam keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for organization. She supports day-to-day operations, manages communication between teams, and ensures nothing falls through the cracks. With a customer-first mindset and a get-it-done attitude, she helps keep our sales process smooth, efficient, and always moving forward.
