Success lies in the details. Securing an order is only the start of the process. Production schedules must be set, raw materials purchased, and then orders must be shipped on time. Shipping must then be coordinated with Advanced Shipping Notices (ASN) through Electronic Data Interchanges (EDI). Inventories and sell throughs must be monitored and reported. Consumers will have questions about assembly, missing parts, shipping damages, and other issues.
